As a founding member, Kim is an integral part of KMK .  With an impressive CV, Kim has spent the last 15 years working in London with some of the biggest brands in the world including eight years spent at Sony.

Having worked for an independent agency for six years, Kim was an instrumental part in the growth of that business.  So, in January 2009, Kim and her two partners decided to set up a boutique agency that focused on building long term relationships between excellent qualified candidates and rewarding and exciting companies.

During her career in recruitment, Kim has built strong, long standing relationships with both her clients and candidates alike and believes the success behind her career lies within her real passion for the job and her breadth of contacts.  With a diverse range of clients ranging from media, retail, finance, legal, property and public relations, her knowledge and expertise enables her to strengthen her relationships with her clients and add value to her candidates.
